Golden crayon update and Scenery Club!

Somehow the weeks have escaped me, golden crayon recognition goes to KB, 8A, and 8B  delayed photos to come!

Happy Chinese New Year!

Students in grades K-3 discussed the culture and tradition associated with Chinese New Year!! Students were very excited to see the new smart board in action and view the dragon parade and images of detailed dragons!

Merry Christmas from the Art Room!!

Students have been working on winter art to get in the spirit and explored weaving, visual texture, line, shape, form and highlight! Below are pictures of projects from prek to 6th

7th and 8th grade

7th grade artists learned about the native Americans in history class and in art we made paper mâché masks in the style of the Cherokee masks.
