Hello All!!
After the two week hiatus due to Hurricane Sandy, the students of Holy Cross returned back to the art room excited to finish their projects!!

Pre-K finished up their scarecrows!! We focused on showing the crayon who was in control!! Students worked very hard to stay in the lines!!!

Kindergarteners explored out of the art room and traveled to South America, to the country of Peru!! There we learned about their art markets and the history of their textiles. Students created a Peruvian Rug/Blanket that focused on pattern line and design.

1st Grade finished up their witches feet! Students explored the art of collage and using multiple types of materials to create one unified work of art. Students had a lot of fun using the super tacky glue :) I love these! The 1st graders continue to keep blowing me away with their projects!
